The guidelines identified below are to support the GHC 9-1-1 public education program so that we can ensure that our funds are being utilized properly, the appropriate materials are distributed, and residents are receiving a consistent 9-1-1 public awareness message.

  • All 9-1-1 Educators understand that public education materials distributed by GHC 9-1-1 are for the sole use of participants within the GHC territory https://911.org/about-us/who-we-serve/
  • All public education materials orders MUST include the following information regarding distribution of 9-1-1 materials: Event Date, Location (of Event) where materials will be distributed.
  • Due to the high volume of orders that GHC 9-1-1 receives, a minimum of one week notice is requested.
  • For urgent requests, contact us at: events@911.org. NO guarantee items will be ready.
  • The quantity of materials distributed may be limited based on available supplies.
  • Please fill out this form to request supplies. Once request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

Pickup Procedures

  • Orders can be picked up, generally, Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm.
  • Requests will be ready approximately one week after the request form is submitted.
  • Educators will be contacted once materials are ready to be picked up. Do not arrive without appointment.
  • Because of space limitations, materials not picked up after scheduled time will be returned to stock.
  • Public Education material pickup is contactless; GHC 9-1-1 is not responsible for loading materials into vehicles.
