9-1-1 Call Taking Equipment Training
GHC 9-1-1 is committed to providing training on the latest, most advanced technology available to better serve our jurisdictions during emergency situations. 9-1-1 Call center telecommunicators throughout the GHC 9-1-1 territory are trained on 9-1-1 call taking equipment with state-of-the-art technology including features such as enhanced location information and mapping of 9-1-1 calls.
Professional Growth Courses
These professional growth courses are available to telecommunicators and supervisors working within GHC 9-1-1 service area and surrounding agencies. Some of the courses offered, allow for telecommunicators to obtain and renew their Texas Telecommunicator license. We are always striving to provide new courses for 9-1-1 personnel.
