Red E. Fox Costume

For Local Community Outreach Events

The Red E. Fox walk around costume makes it possible to bring the 9-1-1 mascot to life for children of all ages! Why not "invite" him to your next community event? He's sure to be a hit. The costume, with all accessories including holster phone and visor "shades," fits any individual of average build between 5'7" and 6' tall. Made of orange and white washable fur, the costume makes a big impression!

We’ve now made it easier for you to request the Red E. Fox costume for your 9-1-1 community outreach events and presentations. This quick and easy method will allow you to check availability (Click Here To Check Availability) and order the costume for your event. After completing your order, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you, and then an email will be sent when the costume is ready for pickup.

In order to order the costume please sign up to be a Registered User with GHC 9-1-1.

There is no charge for borrowing the costume, but a few guidelines need to be followed. Good taste, common sense, and concern for the character are expected. The costume, as with any walk around character, is hot and confining, so be prepared! Have a helper walk with Red E. and an area where the person in the costume can take frequent breaks.

Since the costume should only be used to reinforce positive messages about the proper way to use 9-1-1 to save lives and property, Red E. may not appear at commercial occasions without a specific public safety education purpose and can never be used to endorse a commercial product or candidate for public office.
